What is Diethylhexyl butamido triazone ?

Diethylhexyl Butamido Triazone is an approved UV filter, which means that this ingredient can be added to sunscreen products that are designed to protect the skin from the sun.

Diethylhexylbutyramidotriazinone is a sunscreen agent. It is a new type of UV absorber with a high absorption rate and is an alcohol-soluble and oil-soluble UVB absorber with an absorption wavelength range of 280-320 nm. It is compatible with oily ingredients and has a beneficial effect on the sun, and is often added to sunscreen oils.

Cosmetics and applications:
UV absorber HEB is a triazinone UV absorber, capable of absorbing 270-340 nm of UV light, with a peak absorption of 311 nm. With good compatibility, low volatility, good thermal stability and high absorption efficiency, it is suitable for sun protection products and care products.
The general dosage is 0.5-2%.
